Om vores dagbogsprogram

I Effekt Plus kan du som leder få overblik over medarbejdere og borgere i samme system. De oprettes blot i hver deres overordnede gruppe. Hver afdeling har ligeledes mulighed for at oprette hver deres skabelon, selvom de er i samme organisation. Efter indtastning af data får medarbejderne visuelt feedback i form af grafer, hvilket givet et hurtigt overbliksbillede af borgeren/medarbejderen.

Programmet er opbygget af seks moduler, som tilpasses efter virksomhedens specifikke behov, og derved betales der kun for de ønskede moduler:

Dagbog

Klassisk dagbog, hvor der kan defineres labels, sorteres på disse samt søges på tværs.

Medicin

Håndtering af medicin – virtuelt medicinskab holder styr på lagerbeholdning.

Opgaver

Sæt opgaver for borgerne for at dokumentere og evaluere.

Spørgeskema

Opsætning af spørgeskema med smileys, multiple svar eller gradueringer. Databehandles i Profil.

Profil

Screening og analyse af borgeren. Data kan eksporteres over i Excel til viderebearbejdning.

Mål

Opsætning af mål, evalueringer og grafisk præsentation.
